The MIXPAC System S-50, 200, and 400 are hand-held cartridge dispensing systems for 2-component adhesives. Each system consists of a manual or pneumatic dispenser, a 10:1 volumetric ratio cartridge, and an orange static mixer – all designed to work as an integrated, high-performance system.
Integrated Design = Optimal Performance
In the Solid Surface industry most seam failures are a result of adhesives being off-ratio or not completely mixed. MIXPAC® dispensers are designed specifically for MIXPAC cartridges and work flawlessly together. Using third-party dispensers can create a situation called “flexing” in the cartridge and may result in off-ratio adhesive and a seam failure. The “orange” MIXPAC static mixer was developed specifically for the seaming adhesives used in the solid surface industry. They have an alignment feature and critical internal differences that ensure a proper mix when used with MIXPAC cartridges and dispensers.
