I suggest trying Big Lots (www.biglots.com), Tuesday Morning (www.tuedsdaymorning.com) , Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx or a second hand store. (My computer froze up so I couldn't check on the other websites. Try running a google search for the stores mentioned above. :P)

The ice maker and water dispenser are fed by two separate supply lines. I'm thinking the supply line inside the door may be cracked or clogged. You should also check and see if your water filter needs replacing.

Here's what Sears own service experts had to say about this:

When you push in the water dispenser lever you should hear the water valve solenoid buzzing. If you do not, I would recommend checking the voltage to the water valve. If you hear the water valve then this could indicate that the water reservoir is frozen or the water valve is defective

Its the water inlet valve located behind the refrigerator by the compressor. Yours is called a dual inlet valve. Get the model and serial number located on a tag somewhere on the unit and get you another valve, but when replacing it, be sure to turn the water shut off valve first

This may not solve your problem, but something you can check. If you have less than recommended water pressure then the water freezes in the line coming through the back of the freezer. Also, a dirty filter will cut your pressure. Call the 800 number on the warranty papers to see the min. recommended pressure. A pressure gauge is cheap at the hardware store. good luck.

I love the video. However, the whole 'no box' concept is somewhat destroyed by the fact that there is indeed a box 'inside a bag'.
