I'm thinking the supply line inside the door may be cracked or clogged. You should also check and see if your water filter needs replacing. If you do not, I would recommend checking the voltage to the water valve. If you have less than recommended water pressure then the water freezes in the line coming through the back of the freezer. Also, a dirty filter will cut your pressure. Call the 800 number on the warranty papers to see the min. recommended pressure. A pressure gauge is cheap at the hardware store. good luck.
